Tuakau Hotel

This is by far the most easiest and friendliest hotel to check in and out of. The staff are all wonderful but there's one staff member in particular who I am lucky enough to frequently see upon checking in. Catherine you are an absolute asset to this establishment and I hope that they know how much value you add. Thank you for consistently being your wonderful self providing excellent service. All the staff at the Tuakau hotel go the extra mile. The reception staff right through to the great house keeping staff, anyone staying guest will be well looked after.

This hotel is by far one of my faves if not my favorite in the upper North Island. It's actually the staff here that make the difference in a great experience of somewhere to stay. Kat and Amber are who I'm lucky enough to usually have check me in and honestly these two woman are just absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is right in the heart of Tuakau. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms have great showers and the beds are lush as. The complimentary cookies I'm a sucker for but even the mini bar items are great as well. Each room is well equipped to meet one's needs while staying.

I was lucky enough to be able to stay afew extra nights as I extended my holiday. And for them to accommodate me at such short notice and have my room turned around the same day I booked as absolute perfection. Love the communication on their end by means of emails, texts, calls I really appreciate it so much as some places don’t even going to that length to ensure great customer service. So I really appreciate that so much.

Tuakau Hotel provides great service and really comfortable rooms. Super comfortable beds, great showers and Sky TV. Plenty of parking onsite that isn't an additional charge. Convenient to shops, laundromats, takeaways and cafes, these are all within walking distance. Downstairs you'll find a great bar and restaurant. Everything you need for your short or long term stay is all right there. Super convenient and centrally located.

I stayed in one of the ground floor apartments. These rooms are a great size with the basic kitchen amenities required for your stay. Fitted with a bench top element, toaster & a microwave perfect for those wanting to prepare a meal instead of dining out or ordering takeout. Like the other rooms the bathroom facilities are great, beds are super comfortable great pillows. Parking right at the door as well. Overall this hotel never fails to please.
